Woot 2 days ago i scoped out some eggs on this rock and walla small floaty babies crusing the gravel. 4 were bought 3 weeks ago and i have 2 pairs in with my snakehead there for snacks for him so hopefully the convicts continue to make a big colony so he can have healthy treats.

The little amber balls on the inside of the rock on the first pictures were the eggs maybe 40-75 or so first fry for these young convicts.

Yes i did this in the past when my pygo group was young there perfect for clean healthy feeder and so cheap to buy i paid 69cent apiece and got 4 and they had eggs in no time.

Hows your little guys coming along? I have a pair with about 30 little ones that are growing up now. Wonder how often they breed.
